Our stay was wonderful and the townhome at Bradenton Beach Club #245 and all the facilities were so nice we didn’t want to leave after our week stay.  With four kids in the group with ages ranging from three years to 16 years there wasn’t a thing that was needed to keep them all happy.  We can’t wait to come back again and enjoy your wonderful Island home!

We had such a wonderful time in your condo.  Everything we needed for our family was here.  It was very relaxing and enjoyable.  We have been to Bradenton Beach Club before but were blown away by your Unit #245.  Our two children and us met many wonderful people.  April is a nice time to come!  The weather was perfect and so was our stay!  Thank you for having us ~ We’ll be back.

Just wanted to let you know how much we enjoyed our stay at “Malibu Beach”, located  at 2302 Gulf Drive.  This is the 3rd year we have stayed at this property and have always been impressed with  Anna Maria Gulf Coast Rentals’ friendliness and their ease to do business with.  The condo has always been spotless and had everything that we needed.  We even had to make an unexpected trip to a nearby walk-in clinic and AMGCR was able to direct us to the nearest facility.  Keep up the good customer service!  We will definantly be back!

Beginning with your great web site, we were able to view the various properties in which we were interested. When I called your office, each member of your staff that I spoke with on several occasions (as we were trying to make a decision) was pleasant and knowledgeable which helped us make our decision to rent the property on 302 Spring Avenue… you were quick to respond to work with us. The beaches are beautiful and the people are very friendly.  It holds precious memories for us.  We had a lovely time there and one we shall not forget.

We always log onto your website regularly throughout the year to keep up to speed with what’s going on in the area.   We stayed at Tiffany Place, which was very comfortable and great for the beach.

I wanted to let you know that my entire family was extremely happy with the vacation rental at 777A N. Shore Drive. By far it was the cleanest, nicest and best location of any of the houses we have stayed in on that stretch of beach. The water was right at the edge of our patio! The views were the best and we saw Dolphins and Manatee 50 yards from our patio. We have never spent as much time on the beach in the past.

This was our third trip to the Island and our first stay in one of your vacation rentals. You have just made our future vacation decisions easier because we will only reserve THIS house and will only work with Anna Maria Gulf Coast Rentals from now on.
