I just wanted to send a quick e-mail to say what a wonderful experience I had dealing with Anna Maria Gulf Coast Rentals, in particular your agent Anita Kendrick. My husband and I with our 2 daughters have rented 804 South Bay Blvd in Anna Maria in November and Anita was such a phenomenal help I had to send a quick e-mail to you.

 We travel to Anna Maria a couple of times a year from Canada and this is our first time renting from your agency and we will absolutely be back again! Anita was kind, patient and so helpful and with 2 small children (3 and 7 months) trying to plan a trip is not always easy! Anita made it so easy and worry free and was just fabulous to work with.

We have been coming to Anna Maria Island every summer for 15 years and we have used another Realtor (which I will not mention) and they are always so rude and unhelpful.
